Accunomics’ Engagement Managers provide on-the-ground team management and executive leadership for Accunomics’ mission-critical business transformation projects. These highly skilled and experienced consultants are responsible for developing relationships with senior executives, and serve as their counselor through the Accunomics’ process. Engagement managers also drive the completion of the team’s deliverables, and position the firm to assist the client on additional projects.
Engagement Managers manage teams of 8-14 consultants, and are responsible for all aspects of project planning, team design and recruiting, progress tracking and project delivery. They have primary responsibility for synthesizing the findings and recommendations of the various project work streams into a comprehensive report.
Perhaps more importantly, engagement managers serve as Accunomics’ relationship manager to the client. They develop deep relationships with the client’s most senior executives, enabling them to provide candid and valued advice throughout the transformation process. Engagements managers are also responsible for developing additional business opportunities for the firm, either within the business unit at which they’re engaged, or in other business units.
